Work with shop floor personnel, design engineering, quality engineering, industrial engineering, and other engineering disciplines to support production of various platforms

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field

Previous experience (or expressed interest) working in an Operations role in a manufacturing environment

Desire to obtain an Operations role indicated by expressing interest in ‘hands-on' applications of engineering and manufacturing principles

Demonstrated proficiency with MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong oral and written communication skills

Must be a US Citizen

Preferred

Member of the SME, SAE, ASME, or other similar technical organization

Design, build club/project experience (i.e., SAE Formula and Baja)

Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment

Previous manufacturing/operations experience

Prior experience in a related industry preferred
