Responsibilities
Execute the analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles
Developing in-depth knowledge of a finite element analysis (FEA) as it applies to mechanical stress analysis
Contribute to the engineering design of some of the most advanced aerospace systems from idea through flight
Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve engineering problems
Able to communicate results clearly to peers, leadership, and the customer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 6 plus years of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and or/mechanical design
Preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
