Inside Sales Representative

21st Century Distributing is the Southeast's largest independent electronics distributor seeking an inside sales associate with experience in the A/V and home automation environment. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments and product

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience - A/V, Consumer Electronics, Security & Surveillance, home automation and lighting experience preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Preferred

Experience in the custom home and light commercial A/V/Home Automation environment
Experience in the wholesale industry
