They are seeking an intern for an 8-week program in talent acquisition, where the intern will gain hands-on experience in coordinating interviews, supporting candidate screening, and contributing to sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities
Schedule interviews (virtual and in-person) for recruiters and hiring managers as needed
Open new requisitions and enter candidates into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Review and disposition applicants in ATS
Collect new hire pre-onboarding documents and reference checks
Post job openings on the recruiter's boards
Update and edit job postings on career sites
Ensure consistent messaging to candidates throughout the recruiting process
Some local and/or day travel to attend career-related events
Work assignments across career center teams
Additional support to HR teams
Other duties assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age and a Wonderful Scholar active and eligible for college success scholarship
Must submit a resume, reference letter, and cover letter with your application
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work autonomously
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Live scan clearance
