They are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to partner closely with engineers, developers, and internal teams to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, bridging the gap between engineering and customer success.
Research
Responsibilities
Design and deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience
Provide expertise and implement solution architectures leveraging AI APIs, vector stores, and message queues to enable scalable, low-latency applications
Serve as technical expert on a high-performing internal technical team, integrating AI APIs and platform capabilities across various products and solutions
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and harden customer deployments
Provide technical feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the developer experience
Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, FAQs, architecture diagrams, and reference implementations related to common questions and requirements
Qualification
Required
At least 3-5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or similar solutions engineering roles
Strong applied AI experience, working knowledge and experience with complex Generative AI, machine learning systems, AI APIs, vector stores, message queues, distributed event streaming platforms (Kafka), or durable execution platforms (Temporal)
Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, SQS) and distributed streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Pulsar)
Experience providing higher level security and compliance support as well as a thorough understanding and knowledge of IT security principles and customer requirements for similar technical B2B SaaS projects and solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
Preferred
Has experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, or technical consulting roles
Understands data privacy, model evaluations, managing relationships with large, global and complex organizations, preferably working with a technical enterprise product
Operates with autonomy and has strong problem solving skills, and has the ability to effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with frequent updates
Communicates well cross-functionally to both technical and non-technical audiences
Is collaborative, detailed-oriented, and thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments
Has experience with end-to-end ownership of challenges and is able to lead complex deployments in multiple workstreams
