Assist clients in navigating complex health care regulatory landscapes, including federal and state licensing and certification, Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and provider operations

Perform due diligence reviews for health care clients in proposed mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures

Assist clients in negotiating critical agreements such as managed care contracts, professional service agreements, and vendor deals

Required
