Responsibilities

Own and improve the plant Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSC/SFI standards
Lead internal and external quality audits
Manage customer complaints and corrective actions
Translate customer specs into manufacturing requirements
Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
Track and report monthly quality metrics
Train employees on quality, GMP, and safety standards
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S)
Work closely with suppliers on material quality issues

Required

Quality management experience in printing or packaging manufacturing
Hands-on leadership or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
Experience with quality audits (internal & external)
Customer complaint handling and corrective actions (CAPA)
Incoming and in-process inspection experience
Ability to read and enforce manufacturing specifications
Strong communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience with FSC / SFI certification
Print production quality knowledge (color consistency, ink, plates)
Continuous improvement tools (5S)
Supplier quality management experience
GMP experience
