Responsibilities

Reviews files when received and completes all predetermined order outs

Update LOS processing log when the orders are placed and received

Verify all documents from completed orders are uploaded and indexed appropriately, and not the PA notes section accordingly

Validate all required documents from orders are present with all pertinent information

Ensure all processor requests are ordered within 24 hours

Follow up on placed orders to ensure receipt in a timely manner

Remain compliant with federal and state laws and regulations relating to consumer lending

Qualification

Required

Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, managing multiple, changing priorities

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

2 + years of administrative skills

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, up to 8+ hours in a shift, including visual acuity to work on two computer monitors and hand movement to use keyboard for typing and mouse for system navigation

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Frequently exposed to noise and a regular flow of people around the office
