As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will have ownership of AI initiatives and drive the Go-To-Market strategy for CFOs, focusing on content creation and analysis to enhance financial workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop a thorough understanding of LiveFlow’s ICP and articulate how the platform solves for financial modeling use cases (e.g., Consolidation, Forecasting)

Secure the #1 spot for LiveFlow as gen AI’s FP&A software of choice for mid-market finance teams using QuickBooks Online or Xero

Own the full cycle of content creation from identifying topics, composing articles/posts, and publishing on relevant channels

Analyze the performance of financial content, and make adjustments to improve search visibility and engagement rate (tracked by # of SQLs sourced)

Create reports to extract actionable metrics and inform decisions for content strategy

Identify key initiatives to expand your role (in AI or other strategic domains) by forming hypotheses, conducting analysis, and delivering executive-level proposals

Drive efforts across a broad range of teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Product) to problem-solve, build, and lead projects fueling LiveFlow’s growth

Stay adaptable and open to new opportunities directly under our CEO and COO

Required

At least 1 year of working experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., investment banking, private equity, management consulting, early-stage startups)

Excellent communication skills (prior copywriting experience isn't necessary, but the ability to synthesize ideas into clear, easy-to-follow language is required for this role)

Familiarity with sales and marketing campaigns, or the ability to learn

Comfort with ambiguity, and testing/failing/learning to solve blue sky problems quickly

Acumen to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI and Search

Strong Excel and Google Sheets knowledge (e.g., ability to INDEX/MATCH/MATCH)
