Responsibilities
Preparing and developing detailed Revit models of Electrical building systems
Developing & publishing construction documentation for Electrical building systems designs in a fast-paced environment to meet scheduled deliverables
Qualification
Required
2+ years of design/engineering experience of Electrical Building systems, or Mechanical Plumbing on mission critical facilities
2+ years' experience using Revit for producing complex BIM models and construction drawings for Electrical or Mechanical building systems
2 years in mission critical industry (Data Center, Hospital, other)
Use of Autodesk Revit, and Navis for BIM Modeling and drawing creation
Awareness of building systems (Electrical, or Mechanical)
Practical knowledge and understanding of codes and safety regulations related to MEP industry
Preferred
Use of the following software tools: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Dynamo, RF Tools, CTC Tools and Procore
