Responsibilities

Develop and implement corporate communications strategies that support business objectives and enhance brand reputation
Serve as an advisor to senior leaders on messaging, media positioning, and stakeholder communications
Oversee communication between the company’s leaderships and employees through channels like memos, newsletters and website content
Lead the creation, review, and distribution of press releases, corporate statements, executive speeches, and external announcements
Ensure consistent tone, voice, and branding across all corporate communication channels
Manage media relations, cultivating relationships with journalists and industry influencers
Assist in messaging, agenda, and production for, annual summit, leadership meetings, and other organization events
Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of logistics, scripts, talking points, and follow-up communications
Define KPIs for communication initiatives and track performance against goals
Deliver regular reporting on media coverage, sentiment, and audience engagement to the Director and senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate communications, brand communications, or public relations
Proven track record in developing and implementing communication strategies
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working directly with senior executives and media outlets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools
