Finch is a growing global team seeking a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to manage client accounts effectively. The role involves setting account strategy, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring client retention through proactive management and communication.

Responsibilities
Own account strategy and success planning: define goals, KPIs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps with each client
Lead client relationship and communication: run recurring meetings, manage stakeholders, align expectations, and document next steps
Drive account performance management: interpret results, identify issues/opportunities, and coordinate actions with channel owners
Identify and scope account growth opportunities: expansions, tests, and new initiatives tied to performance signals and client objectives
Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk: flag risks early, create mitigation plans, and ensure consistent value delivery
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of experience in Account Management/Client Success in a performance marketing agency or as a marketing consultant
Strong marketing strategy skills: able to connect business context to channel priorities and trade-offs
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; comfortable using performance data to make recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management (clients + internal specialists)
High ownership, initiative, and follow-through in a fast-moving, remote environment
