Account Manager
Finch is a growing global company looking for a Client Success Manager (Performance Marketing) to join their team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, setting strategies and guiding success plans to drive growth and retention.

Responsibilities
Own account strategy and success planning: define goals, KPIs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps with each client
Lead client relationship and communication: run recurring meetings, manage stakeholders, align expectations, and document next steps
Drive account performance management: interpret results, identify issues/opportunities, and coordinate actions with channel owners
Identify and scope account growth opportunities: expansions, tests, and new initiatives tied to performance signals and client objectives
Manage account health, retention, renewal, and risk: flag risks early, create mitigation plans, and ensure consistent value delivery
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of experience as an Account Manager or Client Success Manager in a performance marketing or digital marketing agency
Acted as the primary point of contact (POC) for client accounts
Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (paid advertising, attribution, KPIs, optimization logic)
Experience working with paid advertising–driven accounts (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic/DSP)
