Responsibilities

Deliver regional network service performance, stability, and customer satisfaction
Lead and develop regional network engineering teams
Manage regional vendors, contracts, and escalations
Execute global network strategy within regional business and regulatory requirements
Oversee regional risk, compliance, and audit outcomes
Balance BAU operations with project delivery and transformation initiatives
Provide service performance, capacity, and initiative reporting
Act as the senior regional escalation point and represent AMER in global forums

Required

12 - 18 years heavy Network experience
At least 4 years in a management role
15+ years' enterprise networking experience in a global environment (3,000+ users)
5+ years in a Network Manager or similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching (IOS, ASR, ISR, NX-OS)
Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN
Strong knowledge of DIA, Broadband, LEO, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute
Strong knowledge of Wireless, Load Balancing, NAC
Strong knowledge of Network Security (Firewalls, Web Filtering, Zero Trust)
Experience in regulated, high-pressure environments (Financial Services/Insurance preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on service excellence and automation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
CompTIA Network+
ITIL Foundation (v3 or higher)

Preferred

Cisco CCNP highly preferred
CCIE preferred (or equivalent experience)
PMP or PRINCE2 desirable
