Responsibilities
Provide support to two Co-Founders, balancing priorities and responsibilities across both leaders
Manage and triage email communications, draft professional correspondence, and ensure timely follow-through on key messages
Oversee complex calendars by scheduling meetings, aligning priorities, and adapting to changing needs
Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and trip logistics
Support operational projects and ad hoc tasks by jumping in where needed to support organizational initiatives and leverage Executives' time
Own office operations to ensure the space is running smoothly by stocking supplies, helping with onboarding new employees, coordinating lunch, and managing vendors
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership or C-suite in a startup or fast-paced environment
Highly proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs while understanding context
Strong critical thinker with sound judgment and the ability to independently research options, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions
Strategic, systems-oriented mindset with the ability to build processes, improve workflows, and identify opportunities for automation
Takes ownership, executes with high standards, and acts as a trusted partner rather than a purely transactional support role
Tech-savvy and adaptable, with experience using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and modern financial or operations platforms
