Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Pages/Portals) to meet Federal business requirements
Create automated workflows, alerts and processes using Power Automate to optimize efficiency
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Lists, Dataverse, Azure services, and third-party APIs to ensure seamless operations
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, perform data cleansing, transformation, and integration from multiple sources for custom reporting
Implement proper data security, role-based access controls, and ensure solutions meet organizational and Federal security standards
Work with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to refine processes and deliver technical solutions. Ability to work independently in a small team and take direction from peers
Maintain technical documentation, brainstorm application solutions, and recommend technical functionality to solve application issues
Qualification
Required
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: Canvas App Development and Scripting
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: Model Driven App Development and Scripting
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: Custom Power Automate workflows
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: Complex form development using validation rules
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: Advanced permission management, e.g., item level unique permissions
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: Power BI data management and report creation
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: Form Customizers, App Customizers, Field Customizers, and Command Sets
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: Proficiency in SharePoint Online modern site administration and development
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: JSON formatting of list views and columns
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: SharePoint List / Dataverse Expertise
Require at least five (3) years of experience of/with: 508 Compliance/PDF Development
Preferred
Helpful to have knowledge of or experience with: SPFx development using Microsoft Graph
Helpful to have knowledge of or experience with: Developing accessible user interfaces meeting Federal (Section 508) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Helpful to have knowledge of or experience with: Use of React Hook Form or other form validation library
Helpful to have knowledge of or experience with: Azure DevOps or other source code control service
Helpful to have knowledge of or experience with: PowerShell and PnP.PowerShell module
Helpful to have knowledge of or experience with: Managed metadata and Term Store
