Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and deliver projects following established corporate standards, processes, and best practices
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource needs across all phases of delivery
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts across internal stakeholders, vendors, and business partners
Own project governance—managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and change requests with transparency and consistency
Proactively identify risks and challenges, driving mitigation strategies and fostering a culture of accountability
Track and report on project performance, ensuring progress aligns with milestones and financial targets
Maintain accurate project plans, documentation, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Project Online, Project Server, and Power BI
Manage vendor performance to ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon scope, quality, and contractual commitments
Promote collaboration and open communication across diverse teams to drive problem-solving and alignment
Provide regular updates to project sponsors and leadership, clearly communicating progress, risks, and next steps
Support organizational change management efforts tied to project outcomes and business transformation
Use sound judgment to resolve complex issues and recommend process or delivery improvements
Mentor junior project managers, sharing best practices in planning, execution, and reporting
Contribute to or lead initiatives that enhance PMO tools, standards, and processes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant professional experience
6+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, or enterprise-level projects
Strong experience building and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project Online or Project Server
Experience creating project status and performance reporting using Power BI
Solid understanding of business operations, systems integration, and process improvement
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives independently and make informed, data-driven decisions
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
Preferred
Program Management experience (2+ years) is preferred
Familiarity with agile delivery and task tracking tools such as JIRA is a plus
Master's degree in a related discipline preferred
PMP certification highly preferred
Additional certifications in program management, agile methodologies, or change management are a plus
