Responsibilities
Help design and implement core learner and parent experiences end-to-end
Build engaging tutoring session experiences with interaction, animation, sound, and light gamification
Design and implement adaptive, differentiated learning systems
Partner with product to shape requirements, scope solutions, and prioritize impact
Write production code while making thoughtful architectural decisions
Help set engineering standards and technical direction as the team grows
Qualification
Required
Have built and shipped real products, ideally solo or on very small teams
Are comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete requirements
Care deeply about product quality, design, and business outcomes, not just engineering
Are curious, pragmatic, and outcome-oriented
Are mission-driven and excited about education
Are kind, collaborative, low-ego, and great to work with
