Responsibilities
Develop and implement a multi-year HRIS roadmap aligned with business goals
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency through automation
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems in collaboration with HR leadership and IT teams, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other platforms
Oversee configuration, optimization, and governance of Workday across all modules
Evaluate and implement new Workday features and functionality
Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, ATS, and ERP systems
Ensure data integrity and security across platforms
Design and maintain effective data governance processes across HR systems
Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with data protection regulations
Build dashboards and advanced reporting for leadership
Provide insights to support workforce planning and strategic decisions
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through technology
Drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational priorities
Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met
Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 HRIS analysts
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
7–10 years in HR technology or HRIS roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
Proficiency in Workday and other HR platforms (ATS, LMS)
Strong understanding of data management and analytics
Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred
High-growth or startup environment experience preferred
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or Workday certifications are a plus
