Responsibilities

Assemble machine sub-assemblies and final assemblies following mechanical prints, drawings, and build documentation

Read and interpret blueprints and assembly prints to determine assembly sequence, dimensions, and tolerances

Use dial indicators to set, align, and verify components (runout, parallelism, concentricity, flatness)

Perform precision alignment and mechanical adjustments to meet required tolerances

Install bearings, shafts, cams, gearboxes, and other precision mechanical components

Verify dimensions and alignment using indicators, calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Identify and correct fit-up, alignment, or tolerance issues during assembly

Work with engineering and quality teams to resolve build or print discrepancies

Follow all safety, quality, and documentation standards
