Responsibilities

Develop and execute large scope, complex projects to proactively manage inventory

Anticipate disruptions and ensure seamless availability of critical medical supplies

Apply deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to lead projects and strategies surrounding inventory balancing

Resolve critical supply/process disruptions and develop strategic key performance indicators (KPIs)

Facilitate communication between supply chain, clinical, and operational teams

Champion proactive strategies that reduce risk and prevent stockouts

Optimize costs and build a resilient, sustainable supply chain aligned with patient-centered care goals

Empower staff and strengthen vendor partnerships

Drive continuous improvement and long-term organizational success by fostering an environment of transparency, ownership, and data-driven decision-making

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
