Responsibilities

Develop and Deploy Automation: Design, program, configure, and maintain automation solutions for various business processes and systems

Programming & Scripting: Use Python as the primary language for building custom logic, integrating systems via APIs, and developing the backend for AI agents and chatbots

Low-Code Development: Utilize low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Make.com) to rapidly create and manage robust automation workflows, integrating various CRM and internal systems

Chatbot & Voice AI Implementation: Design and deploy conversational AI agents for both text-based chatbots and voice applications to enhance customer engagement and internal communication

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot technical issues related to automated systems

Documentation & Support: Create clear documentation for new tools and provide support to internal users

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements
