Responsibilities

Monitor and support EDI file transfers to ensure successful data exchange
Troubleshoot failed or corrupted file transmissions
Configure and maintain EDI workflows and rules
Work with various data formats including EDI and flat files
Support ongoing EDI operations and system enhancements
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Required

5+ years of EDI experience
Experience with common EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 830, 835)
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EDI transactions, file transfers, and system monitoring in a Windows-based environment
Experience with EDI tools or platforms (vendor-agnostic)
Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and support EDI processes

Preferred

Experience with secure file transfers and automation
Healthcare or insurance industry experience
Exposure to scripting or database tools
