Responsibilities

Manage a group of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive the best possible solutions
Focus on taking care of clients and making sure they feel valued
Work closely with the team to manage client accounts, guide them through the renewal process, and offer additional services that meet their needs
Deliver timely and high-quality solutions to help secure existing business and bring in new opportunities
Be the go-to person for clients, building trust and ensuring their satisfaction

Qualification

Client service experienceClaims management experienceProducer's LicenseMicrosoft Office proficiencyFinancial acumenProactive problem solvingCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Producer's License
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Appropriate licensing as required

Preferred

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
Solid financial acumen
A passion for helping clients and solving problems
Strong communication skills to explain solutions clearly and build relationships
The ability to manage multiple accounts and stay organized
A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions
