Responsibilities

Process closing schedule reports prior to closing
Coordinate and communicate the scheduling of closings to appropriate parties
Ensure that reports related to the status of scheduled closings is current
Complete weekly Lender backlog calls and follow up to keep closings on track
Prepare reports to track closings
Verify files for completeness and track down needed information
Distribute and track closing table survey results
Ensure prompt utility service disconnection post-closing
Track and distribute Certificate of Occupancy records
Prepare and distribute Preferred Lender Capture rate and on time closing report
