Responsibilities

Impact Lives: Be at the heart of care, supporting patients and families through life’s most delicate moments

Autonomy & Flexibility: Work virtually while traveling locally to patients’ homes (mileage reimbursed)

Collaborative Team: Partner with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers to deliver truly holistic care

Professional Growth: Mentor others, participate in performance improvement, and stay at the forefront of hospice nursing practices

Provide individualized care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate

Educate and support families on symptom management, medication administration, and preparing for end-of-life

Monitor patient condition and coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team

Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

Serve as a clinical mentor to fellow RNs, LPNs, and hospice aides

Qualification

Required

BLS

experience as a Registered Nurse

Bachelor's in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (required)

RN (Single-State or Multi-State Compact)

BLS

Georgia Driver's License
