Responsibilities

Audit content in the CMS (Confluence) and ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Create, maintain, and update SOPs, FAQs, and support playbooks for internal teams
Analyze consumer feedback from support channels, app reviews, and bug reports to identify gaps in documentation or processes
Work closely with Product, UX, and Dev teams to ensure content reflects the latest app updates, features, and bug fixes
Develop domain knowledge to standardize and improve the quality of internal documentation
Identify areas where content or process improvements are needed and implement best practices for ongoing content management
Support the rollout of Confluence as the primary CMS, ensuring content is properly organized and maintained
Document processes and updates in a clear, structured, and accessible format for internal teams

Required

Proven experience in content auditing, CMS management, or technical documentation
Strong knowledge of Confluence or similar documentation platforms
Experience analyzing consumer feedback or support data to inform documentation and process updates
Ability to synthesize technical information and translate it into clear, actionable SOPs and playbooks
Detail-oriented with excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Dev teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
