Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Zoom and Slack platforms, including user provisioning, license management, and configuration
Integrate Zoom and Slack with other tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, GitHub)
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide Tier 2/3 support
Implement and enforce security policies (e.g., SSO, MFA, meeting/channel controls)
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and onboarding guides
Automate workflows and improve team productivity using Slack bots and Zoom integrations
Stay updated on platform updates and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on experience administering Zoom and Slack in a tech or startup environment
Strong understanding of Zoom Rooms, webinars, Slack workflows, and integrations
Familiarity with APIs, automation tools (Zapier, Workato), and identity management (SSO, SCIM)
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with scripting (Python, JavaScript) or Slack Enterprise Grid
