Responsibilities

Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines

Source candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

Assist with employment offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Support recruitment initiatives such as campus recruiting, job fairs, and employer branding activities

Analyze recruiting metrics and prepare reports as needed

Stay current on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and best practices
