BAYADA is a home health care provider seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across the NYC boroughs. As a Take Home Lead Nurse, you will be part of an elite response team, opening cases and guiding others with confidence and compassion.

Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients

Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs

Precept and mentor new nurses

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Educate and support families and caregivers

Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion and clinical excellence

Qualification

Active RN licenseTrach/vent experienceAccredited nursing programResilienceFlexibilityInitiative

Required

Active RN license in the state of New York

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)

Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients

Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx
