Responsibilities

Lead Operational Excellence: Own execution of day-to-day deliverables and ensure timely, accurate completion of operational tasks
Problem Solve & Innovate: Identify and resolve complex operational issues, provide regional escalation support, and recommend global solutions
Drive Process Improvements: Enhance workflows for fund initiatives, regulatory changes, and reporting requirements
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with EIG and other Fund Ecosystem teams to deliver actionable insights and value-added solutions
Risk Management: Maintain robust controls, contingency plans, and compliance with operational standards
Project Leadership: Support new product launches, create impact analyses, and contribute to strategic initiatives
Mentor & Develop: Coach less experienced team members and foster a culture of continuous learning

Required

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in operations, trade support, or financial services

Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across global teams
Conceptual understanding of securities lending and investment operations; willingness to deepen investment acumen
