Responsibilities

Install, configure, and service access control systems across single and multi-facility environments
Integrate access control with IP-based and cloud/hybrid security camera systems
Perform low-voltage wiring, termination, and system troubleshooting
Support centralized, remote access management platforms and credentialing systems
Diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues across access and camera systems
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project documentation
Travel to client sites using a company-provided work truck to perform installations and service
Ensure installations follow security, safety, and quality standards

Required

5+ years of experience in access control and low-voltage security systems
Hands-on experience with access control platforms and IP camera systems
Strong knowledge of low-voltage cabling, door hardware, and controllers
Familiarity with cloud or hybrid-hosted security solutions
Valid drivers license and ability to work onsite in Dallas-area locations
