Responsibilities
Assisting in the insurance process for patients
Working in conjunction with Regional Reimbursement Specialists to ensure patients are billed appropriately for their dialysis treatments
Utilizing organizational skills daily and applying attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Providing the highest level of customer service to all constituents involved in the insurance process
Communicating clearly and concisely over the phone and via email
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
