Responsibilities

Support and lead new client implementations of AIMS360

Gather, document, and manage client business requirements

Configure system workflows to align with operations

Implement and support EDI processes (Pack by Store, Ship to DC, Drop Ship/DTC)

Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support

Manage multiple projects and maintain clear documentation and project records

Qualification

AIMS360 ERP experienceEDI processes knowledgeProject managementCommunication skillsProblem-solving abilityTime-management skills

Required

3 Years Experience with AIMS360 or comparable Soft Goods ERP systems

3 Years Experience and Strong understanding of EDI for wholesale and DTC operations including reading EDI trading partner guidelines and maps

Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Preferred

On-site in Commerce, CA or Downtown Los Angeles preferred but not required
