Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Product Knowledge, including familiarity with footwear and apparel features
Excellent Communication skills, with an emphasis on interpersonal interactions and teamwork
Experience in Retail Sales and the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
Proven Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming shopping environment
Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and support team members
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
