Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional service to our customers by managing inbound and outbound communications
Responding to incoming calls and emails to process orders, providing updates on inventory and order statuses, and addressing routine customer inquiries and concerns
Proactive outreach through weekly outbound calls to customers with a focus on following up regarding minimum order requirements, truck fill opportunities, and resolving any outstanding issues
Maintaining customer relationships and supporting operational efficiency through timely and accurate communication
Qualification
Required
A degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred; or equivalent work experience in customer service
A strong relationship-builder who enjoys serving as a trusted customer partner
Skilled in applying sound judgment, flexibility, and problem-solving to resolve customer needs
Comfortable managing both inbound and outbound communication in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Open to feedback and committed to ongoing professional growth
Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and other Office tools for efficient communication, reporting, and collaboration
Preferred
Experience in building materials, construction, or millwork companies and proficient in SAP and CRM tools, especially HubSpot
