Responsibilities
Provide functional design, advisory and configuration support for key strategy and design elements for Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, Sourcing and other in-scope module
Participate in Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay projects involving configuration, implementation, testing and user training
Provide day-to-day administrative support of the Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay environment including applying periodic patches, ad-hoc requests from business and production system support
Work closely with ERP development teams in the creation, validation and maintenance of user interfaces and functional/non-functional requirements
Maintain a configuration document of all Coupa-related changes
Develop test scripts for SIT and UAT testing
Integrate Coupa with other systems such as SAP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Coupa solutions
Qualification
Required
Provide functional design, advisory and configuration support for key strategy and design elements for Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, Sourcing and other in-scope module
Participate in Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay projects involving configuration, implementation, testing and user training
Provide day-to-day administrative support of the Coupa Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay environment including applying periodic patches, ad-hoc requests from business and production system support
Work closely with ERP development teams in the creation, validation and maintenance of user interfaces and functional/non-functional requirements

8+ years of experience in system engineering, administration, or consulting, with a focus on Coupa, Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes
Strong knowledge of ERP/Finance platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and their integration with procurement tools
Demonstrated hands on technical understanding of Source to Pay, Procure-to-Pay (Coupa, Ariba Oracle Procurement or Ivalua)
Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points
Minimum 3 years of experience in Source to Pay, Procure-to-Pay
Develop test scripts for SIT and UAT testing
Integrate Coupa with other systems such as SAP
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Coupa solutions
