Business Development Manager
Favored is a fast-growing video commerce company that partners with platforms, brands, and creators to boost engagement and drive sales through shoppable video. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to research social commerce trends, connect with potential clients, and manage the new business process.

Responsibilities
Continually research and keep Favored at the cutting edge of social commerce trends and opportunities
Seek out and connect with potential opportunities, including new brand clients and Favored business expansion in terms of platforms, international, retail and more
Analyze, assess and present new opportunities to senior management – including a high volume of inbound inquires
Organize and manage Favored’s new business process, including inbound inquiries, pitch materials, pitch meetings, analysis of client potential, follow up
Create pitch decks and supporting materials
Collaborate with senior management in – or lead – pitch meetings
Draft and negotiate new business proposals

Qualification
Required
Entrepreneurial and business-creative mindset
Strong communication and networking skills – you are persuasive, gregarious, upbeat
Ability to analyze and present data and business opportunities in a clear and compelling fashion
Ability to keep the process organized, methodical and on-track
Keen interest in and substantial knowledge of social media and social commerce
1+ years of relevant experience
College level business degree
Los Angeles or New York based
Preferred
MBA a plus
