Responsibilities

Agile Testing Support: Participate in all Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives

Test Execution & Validation: Create, execute, and document test scenarios focused on accuracy, usability, risk reduction, and client impact across asset movement and retirement applications

JIRA Story Review: Review and validate JIRA stories and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements

Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with testers, developers, product owners, and scrum masters to understand scope, timelines, and testing priorities

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of testing outcomes, discussions, and progress, providing updates during sprint activities

Multi-Tasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple testing efforts simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced Agile environment
