Paid Social Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other social platforms (e.g., Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube as applicable)
Own campaign setup, audience targeting, budget pacing, bidding strategies, and performance optimization across prospecting, retargeting, and retention efforts
Launch and manage full-funnel paid social campaigns, balancing scale and efficiency to drive ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth
Monitor performance daily, adjusting budgets, audiences, creative rotation, and optimization levers to maximize results
Partner closely with Creative and Brand teams to develop and test high-performing ad creative aligned with platform best practices
Execute ongoing testing across creative formats (video, UGC, static), messaging, offers, hooks, and landing pages
Analyze creative performance to identify winning concepts and inform future creative direction
Analyze campaign performance, audience trends, and platform insights to identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency gains
Leverage platform tools such as Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, TikTok Smart Performance Campaigns, and audience expansion features where appropriate
Ensure accurate conversion tracking, event setup, and attribution in partnership with analytics teams
Track and report on paid social performance, highlighting key trends, wins, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with Ecommerce, Merchandising, and Lifecycle teams to align paid social strategies with promotions, product launches, and retention efforts
Support broader performance marketing initiatives and cross-channel alignment
Stay current on updates, betas, and best practices across Meta, TikTok, and emerging paid social platforms
Identify opportunities to test new formats, features, and platforms to drive incremental DTC growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns in a DTC or ecommerce environment
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager required
Experience managing full-funnel paid social programs and scaling spend efficiently
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
Deep understanding of paid social metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPM, CTR, and conversion rates
Experience working with creative testing frameworks and performance-driven creative iteration
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in apparel, lifestyle, multi-brand, multi-gender brands is a strong plus
Proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4 preferred)
