Responsibilities
Coordinate between internal contacts, board members, and other community stakeholders
Maintain an ever-changing calendar with precision and care
Collaborate with other members of staff to ensure seamless operations
Manage correspondence and act as the face of a busy office
Review incoming mail and distribute as appropriate and in a timely manner
Draft, edit, and proofread routine correspondence
Provide administrative support to the board in a variety of areas
Serve as a liaison, tracking action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables across internal and external stakeholders
Support planning and execution of executive and board events, proactively anticipating needs to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
You hold a four-year degree and have executive-level experience in a high-clientele environment
G-suite comes naturally to you; you are confident operating across tech-programs
You believe strongly in an organization with an educational mission
You are a skilled multi-tasker, especially with calendars, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
You thrive in dynamic environments where excellence is prized
