Responsibilities

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements

Researches best business practices, internal and external, to establish benchmark data

Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost

Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes

Leverages process roles and project management capabilities to deliver process organization, discovery, and improvement engagements, and enable technologies

Provides specific functional expertise that is theoretical and conceptual in nature

Applies working knowledge of theories, practices, and/or procedures within job discipline

Broadens capabilities and understanding of the company processes and customers

Performs mostly routine assignments and resolves common issues by using precedents or seeking guidance

Assesses straightforward problems and proposes solutions based on analysis of factual information, experience, judgment, and precedents

Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team

Shares factual information with other team members

Receives guidance on a regular basis
