Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and full-cycle recruitment across their organization. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and clinical leadership to attract top talent and strengthen the workforce.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Post jobs on job boards and social media platforms
Build and maintain talent pipelines and recruitment partnerships
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Support onboarding by collecting required documentation
Maintain accurate records in ATS and internal databases
Attend college career fairs and community recruitment events as needed
Prepare hiring reports and analyze recruitment metrics
Support referral programs and bonus requests
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of recruiting experience (ABA or healthcare preferred)
Experience mentoring or supporting junior TA team members
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and ATS platforms
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively
Reliable transportation required
