Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
Mudd Advertising is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with strong proficiency in PPC platforms. The role involves managing PPC accounts, leading strategy development, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive performance and ROI for clients.

Responsibilities
Run and optimize PPC accounts , ensuring high performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other PPC platforms
Analyze campaign data, adjusting bids, keywords, targeting, and ad creatives to improve CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI
Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive ongoing improvements
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze performance data, build reporting templates, and create actionable insights
Independently manage campaigns with a focus on conversions, efficiency, scale, and client objectives
Strategize accounts and deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations to the AE team
Develop and implement new strategies, optimizations, and competitive improvements
Provide detailed monthly reporting, trend analysis, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with SEO, content, data, and other digital teams to maximize cross‑channel performance
Participate in monthly AE strategy and content meetings
Launch projects within set expectations , ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal processes
Track and manage budgets daily; reconcile overspend and underspend with precision
Maintain a goal of little to no overspend , aligning closely with client KPIs and internal expectations
Onboard new digital accounts and ensure a seamless transition into active campaign management
Continuously learn new products, features, tools, and processes, applied quickly to improve client outcomes
Keep up with changing trends, technologies, and industry developments to strengthen product offerings
Assist with the training, development, and support of other Specialists
Lead by example through strong communication, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
Support departmental goals by completing individual goals and contributing to team-wide objectives
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across major platforms
Demonstrated success managing mid‑level to priority accounts with measurable performance outcomes
Strong analytical abilities; expert-level comfort with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
Proven ability to manage budgets, pacing, and complex campaign structures
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines
Experience assisting in training or mentoring junior staff members
