The Product Management Practice Lead will spearhead a large-scale Product Management Transformation, designing frameworks and governance to enhance product team operations and deliver business value.

Responsibilities
Design and scale the enterprise product operating model, including team structures, roles, and decision rights
Architect portfolio structures across product domains, product lines, and individual products
Establish standardized processes for intake, strategy, road-mapping, backlog management, QBRs, and investment cycles
Define and run key product ceremonies such as release readiness reviews, post-release analyses, and postmortems
Create and maintain a central practice portal with playbooks, templates, and lifecycle guidance
Define and standardize product success metrics including North Star metrics, OKRs, product health, and ROI
Govern and optimize the product tool stack including Jira, road-mapping tools, analytics, and Confluence
Establish and lead a Product Guild or Community of Practice
Build competency models, leveling frameworks, and training programs for product teams
Provide coaching and office hours to product managers and product leaders
Embed governance controls for privacy, security, and accessibility (WCAG, SOC 2)
Track and report operating metrics across customer success, business ROI, and product outcomes
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or portfolio governance
Demonstrated experience building and scaling product management practices across multiple teams
Direct experience designing and implementing product operating models and portfolio governance frameworks
Hands-on experience creating OKRs, templates, playbooks, and lifecycle standards with high organizational adoption
Experience leading or enabling product organizations at an enterprise level
Strong process design and agile practice orientation
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Microsoft Forms
Ability to operate in a hybrid, enterprise environment with on-site collaboration
Candidates with only product manager or delivery-focused experience will not be considered
Agile-only coaches or Scrum-only profiles are not preferred
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or multi-product enterprise environments
Prior leadership of a Product Operations team or Product Center of Excellence
Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, and SDLC governance controls
