Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads
Engage new and existing customers to understand needs and intent
Qualify opportunities using structured frameworks (e.g., BANT)
Handle basic equipment sizing and capability matching
Generate fast, accurate quotes for transactional opportunities
Independently own and close smaller deals
Advance larger or complex opportunities to senior sellers with clear context
Maintain a disciplined pipeline and execute timely follow-up
Collaborate closely with a Senior Strategic Account Executive for coaching and escalation support
Ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline data
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or service-based commercial roles
Strong digital marketing skills, including email and presentation capabilities for customer engagement
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to learn technical concepts without being a deep technical expert
Comfortable qualifying and closing transactional business
Organized, persistent, and responsive
Preferred
Helpful to have experience with calibration and technical products
