Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of your designated 'home' site, dedicating 40–50% of your time to on-site leadership
Mentor and support Site Leaders at 2–4 additional locations, acting as their primary resource and trusted advisor
Ensure consistent execution of operational standards and company policies across all sites
Drive employee engagement by fostering a positive, high-performance culture
Oversee staffing plans, including recruitment, training, and development of site-level teams
Monitor financial performance at home location, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and control costs
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and environmental regulations
Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies
Monitor performance metrics and coach Site Leaders to improve KPIs, driving results across the district
Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement action plans to address underperforming sites and achieve district goals
Ensure consistent execution of operational initiatives across all locations
Track labor efficiency and resource allocation to optimize productivity and cost control
Collaborate with Site Leaders to set performance targets and hold them accountable for results
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence
Serve as the escalation point for complex customer and associate issues, ensuring resolutions align with Whistle Express’s service standards and core values
Partner with Site Leaders to foster a positive, customer-focused culture at every location
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve service quality and retention
Recognize and reward outstanding performance to reinforce a culture of accountability and appreciation
Ensure consistent communication of company values and service expectations across all sites
Provide guidance on troubleshooting operational and maintenance challenges, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations across all sites
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and equipment upgrades
Support Site Leaders in developing contingency plans for emergencies or unexpected operational disruptions

Required
