Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve client complaints and verify receipt collections through the computer system
Explain and interpret policies and programs, rights, and responsibilities to clients, making appropriate referrals to other social services departments or other agencies as needed
Oversee ongoing community-based services to clients with significant disabilities
Plan and monitor accessibility needs and in-home personal care services to ensure clients remain as independent as possible in both home and community-based settings
Qualification
Required
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 years of experience
