New Grad, Entry LevelGenesis10 is currently seeking a Field Engineer Consultant with our client in the transportation industry. This role involves providing operational support and technical solutions for IT infrastructure in various environments including offices and airports.

Responsibilities
Responsible for a broad scope of operational support and install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting the IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance
Tie workflow to schedule
Accurate documents solutions related to complex issues
Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved
Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers
Build positive relationships with customers
Qualification
Required
Troubleshooting skills (hardware/software), Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral knowledge
Basic Network/server and application knowledge (Office 365, Outlook, etc.)
Update asset management systems
Ability to use a ladder
