Sparus Holdings is seeking a Hybrid Gas Survey Technician to survey natural gas pipelines and operate the Advanced Mobile Leak Detection vehicle. The role involves traveling throughout the country, working flexible hours, and requires comfort with technology and outdoor work.

Responsibilities

Must be flexible to travel up to 75% of the time including occasional weekends may be required
Ability to fly/drive anywhere in the U.S
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot technology as needed
Ability to drive-in all-weather conditions
Adhere to all safety and quality policies and procedures
Must be able to learn training material in classroom format and/or online courses and be able to pass all qualification tests for this role
Will need to be comfortable driving survey vehicle at 15mph for 4 hours straight in between breaks
Ability to sit and drive 8 hours per day
Bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking several miles per day
Carry a minimum of 20 lbs. of equipment
Be able to effectively communicate with customers in a courteous manner displaying excellent customer service and perform other duties as assigned
Observes and follows all company/client procedures
Possess excellent customer service/communication skills
Be available for overtime (which may include weekends)
Be comfortable using computers/technology
